Located in Hamilton, Australia, Leura Lane House is built on natural environment in tundra areas. Designed and created by Cooper Scaife Architects, it approaches two smaller parts of building in making the whole design for unconventional house with its porcelain tile bathtub. Strong foundation is seen from wooden walls in rustic feeling, and then combined with unique shape of white ceiling. The wooden panels painted in white complete the look of sliding glass doors in wooden frame as well.
Entryway has traditional feeling, like what people would see in country theme movies. With two black pillars made from granite stones, the entry door is chosen from white color with two glass materials embedded in both sides of door. Then, hallway has rounded white carpet to make practice room of unconventional house designs which apply the porcelain tile bathtub. Provide light wood stool and hang framed picture on that gray wall. Wooden moldings are added to wall design, along with black marble tiles.
Laundry room then has white cabinets and drawers. Washing machine is installed under gray countertop then. Moreover, textured backsplash is placed as well. Meanwhile in bathroom, dark gray stones are covering in stone veneer technique to white walls. On wall area where the white porcelain bathtub is placed, make sliding glass windows. And for bedroom, black bed is filled with floral printed mattress. Match this accent with bold burgundy colored pillows. Instead of bricks walls, homeowner use glass walls to show panoramic view to sleeping place.
From outside, people can go inside directly through glass door in kitchen area. In this space, white cabinets and drawers are paired with black countertop. It then has frames made from furnished woods, which people hang white lamp too. Dining room is arranged by adding rectangular table surrounded with wooden chairs. Hang stylish lampshade in black finish. For unconventional house plans which apply the porcelain tile bathtub, choose black upholstered sofas with soft ottoman in front.
